Chocolate cookies need their own kind of box
A plain sugar cookie is easy to pack. A cookie dipped in chocolate, studded with chunks or sandwiched with ganache is not.
Chocolate softens with warmth, marks anything it touches, and scuffs when cookies rub together. The box has to keep each cookie still and give coatings space.
That is why we suggest a divider or insert for most chocolate cookie orders. The outer print matters, but the inside does most of the work.
