Questions About Ordering Cookie Bags and Boxes
These are the questions bakers ask us most before and after an order. If yours is not here, call or WhatsApp (503) 461-4788.
Ordering
How do I start an order?
Fill in the quote form with what you want made, its size and count, and attach your logo. A price and proof come back by email.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product and material, so we confirm it in your quote. Tell us how many you need and we show the closest option.
What sets the price of my order?
Size, material, quantity and finish. Prices start from $0.30 per unit and your quote gives the exact figure.
Can I reorder the same design later?
Yes. Send us the earlier order details or the approved proof and we set up the same print with your new quantity.
Can I change my order after approving the proof?
Contact us right away. Once printing starts, changes need a new proof and can move the ship date.
Artwork and proofs
What is a digital proof?
It is a flat image of your bag or box with your artwork at real size. It shows colors, text and placement so you can check them before printing.
How many proof revisions can I ask for?
As many as you need. Revisions are unlimited and free.
What resolution should my artwork be?
Vector files print sharpest. For PNG or JPG, 300 dpi at the printed size is a safe target.
Who checks the proof for errors?
You are the final check. Read every word, phone number and date on the proof, because we print exactly what you approve.
Will printed colors match my screen?
Screens vary, so colors can shift slightly in print. For a fixed brand color, give us a Pantone number.
Materials and printing
What is the difference between kraft and white paper bags?
Kraft is brown with a natural look, and colors print darker on it. White paper gives brighter, truer color.
What is OPP film?
OPP is the clear polypropylene film used for most cellophane cookie bags. It is crisp and clear and keeps air out better than paper.
How thick is the board for cookie boxes?
Boxes are made from 14 to 24 pt SBS or kraft paperboard. Heavier board suits large boxes and boxes with inserts.
Which print finishes do you offer?
Matte or gloss lamination, aqueous coating, spot UV, foil stamping and embossing. Not every finish suits every material, so we confirm it on the quote.
Are your materials safe for food?
Food-contact grade stock can be requested for any bag or box. Tell us if cookies touch the material directly and we choose accordingly.
Shipping and returns
How long does production take?
Printing and finishing take 4 to 6 business days, counted from the day you sign off the proof.
Where do you ship for free?
Orders to the US, UK, Canada and Australia travel at no cost and usually land 2 to 3 business days after dispatch.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. We send a tracking email when your order ships.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Photograph the damaged pieces and the carton and email us within 10 days. Damaged pieces are printed again or refunded.
Can I return bags I no longer need?
Custom items are printed to your approved proof, so they cannot be returned for a change of mind. Misprints, damage and defects are covered by our return policy.
