Here is how long your order takes, where we ship for free and how to change a delivery address.
Production and dispatch
Production starts when you approve your digital proof and takes 4 to 6 business days.
When your order ships, we send a tracking email to the address on your order.
Delivery times and free shipping
Shipping is free to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. Transit takes 2 to 3 business days after dispatch.
Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays. If your order is for an event, put the date in your quote request so we can plan around it.

Address changes and delivery problems
Check the shipping address when you approve your proof. You can change it any time before the order is dispatched by emailing info@thecookiebags.com.
If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and send photos within 10 days of delivery. We then reprint or refund the damaged items.
