What to put in your quote request
The more we know about the cookie, the closer the first quote. A few details now save a round of emails later.

- Name the product, such as a cellophane bag, kraft satchel or window box.
- Give the cookie size in inches and how many go in each bag or box.
- Pick a quantity, or tell us how many you use in a month.
- Choose a material and finish, or write not sure and we suggest one.

The press run begins once you sign off and lasts 4 to 6 business days. Boxes and bags then reach the US, UK, Canada or Australia in 2 to 3 business days at no charge.

Is the quote free?
Yes. The quote, design help and digital proof are all free, and nothing is printed until you approve the proof.
Do I need finished artwork to ask for a quote?
No. A logo file is enough. Our designers build the layout and send it to you as a proof.
What file types can I upload?
AI, PDF, SVG, PNG and JPG files up to 3 MB each. Vector files such as AI, PDF or SVG print the sharpest.
Can I get prices for several quantities?
Yes. List two or three quantities in your request and the quote shows a price for each.
What if I do not know my bag size?
Give us the cookie's width, thickness and how many go in each bag. We suggest a size and show it on the proof.
Can I get one quote for bags and boxes together?
Yes. Put every item in one request so the artwork and colors are set up to match.
Does the quoted price include shipping?
There is no delivery line on quotes for the US, UK, Canada or Australia, since we cover that cost.
Can I change sizes after I get the quote?
Yes. Sizes, quantities and finishes can change before you approve the proof, and we update the price to match.

I have a holiday deadline. What should I do?
