Terms of Service

Quotes

Quotes are based on the size, material, quantity and finish you give us. Prices start from $0.30 per unit, and your quote states the price for your order. If the details change, the price may change.

Proofs and approval

We send a digital proof before printing, and revisions are unlimited. Approving the proof confirms the artwork, text, colors and sizes, and we print to it.

Artwork rights

You confirm that you own or have permission to use every logo, image and text you send. We use your artwork only to produce your order.

Production and delivery estimates

We estimate 4 to 6 business days for printing once a proof is approved. The carrier then needs 2 to 3 business days. These times are estimates, and carrier delays are outside our control.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Misprints, damage and defects reported within 10 days are reprinted or refunded under our return policy.
